Santei Spirits are traditionally distilled from our organic grapes or wine. All the herbs that we use, are hand-picked at mount Nanos and Karst region. Lavander grows in our organic garden. Herbs are dried and carefully taken care off at Santei estate.
Description
Santei Gin SKRASA No. 19 is the first Slovenian organic gin, made of 19 different botanicals. All the botanicals and the base for the distillate are organic. It is not filtered. On the taste, Santei gin is very soft and harmonized and you can smell the strong scent of Karst, first strongly defined by juniper berries, lavender and rosemary, and followed by the rest of mostly locally specific botanicals.
